The beach house is once again for sale. We think there was a deal in place or one that was about to be signed. The older house wasn’t in a flood zone, but the newer house was, if we remember right from the last time we talked about it.
The house that has the most damage is the younger one. We would not even mess with the bigger house. It’s in Buxton, North Carolina, on a.93-acre lot. We think this will have to be sold for cash or a loan of some kind. If you fix up the old house, it could be really nice. The beach and Cape Hatteras Lighthouse are about a mile away.
